Celebrity nipples reveal themselves in three main ways. 1) The owner has her famous celebrity breasts out in their entirety for some occasion, such as an, ahem, classy photoshoot. 2) The nipples slip out "accidentally" due to some low-cut top that said celebrity is wearing. 3) The cold weather (or plastic surgery) means they're so perky that they're poking through her top like a couple of organ stops.
