Lindsay being Lindsay, she went straight to Twitter to start quoting the UN Declaration of Human Rights. Then she got a new lawyer.

Let's hope all that distracted the judge from the "fuck you" she had painted on the fingernail of the digit she was aiming in the bench's direction (we don't hope that - and we want Lindsay Lohan's time inside to be EXACTLY like jail in Lady Gaga's Telephone video).
