Having been shot nine times, 50 Cent/ Fiddy/ Curtis Jackson, rose to fame in 2003 with the song 'In Da Club'. He tried his turn at acting in his own biopic Get Rich or Die Tryin' in 2005 and has since acted in a few films. He is set to release his fifth album later in 2011. He has been accused of being sexist and homophobic on Twitter, but he tends to finish every tweet with LOL, which makes it fine...LOL.

His album, Curtis lost out to Kanye West's Graduation when they were released in the same week. Sadly 50 Cent did not keep his promise and quit the music industry.

Whatever it was that crawled into Kanye's brain and ate the rational decision making parts also seems to have made its way up into 50 Cent's noggin, where it's currently systematically chowing down on various crucial synapses, synapses responsible for things like grammar, spelling, acknowledged metaphors as well all those tasty bits that make sure he doesn't try to kill himself.

It's not been an easy year for the paps trying to make money with exclusives when celebs themselves are perfectly to happy to slap their most intimate moments on the internet for all and sundry to see. So thank you, Russell Brand, Tori Spelling's husband, Courtney Love, Russell Simmons, Nicole 'Coco' Austin, Courtney Love et al, for saving us at least a couple of quid. Every little helps. We can probably order a new a new stapler for the new year now.
