If only Oscar-winning actress Anna Paquin had been aware that X Factor USA reject Cheryl Cole wore this same Stella McCartney dress to a birthday party a few weeks ago, she'd, have, well, worn it anyway (after a big 'HUH?'). To be totally honest, we're just relieved to see the True Blood actress fully clothed and not doing a sex stuff with Vampire Eric - we're thinking of her real life husband Steven Moyer and not ourself, obvs... Talking of being, ahem, green, Freido Pinto looked lovely in an asymmetric Juan Carlos Obando gown and Brian Atwood heels at the Rise of the Planet of the Apes prem - it's nice to see a star trying out a different designer on the red carpet (Temperley - zzzzz), so kudos to Nicola Roberts too for wearing Topshop Unique last week too...

If you prefer your vampires, werewolves and fairies a little tougher than Stephanie Meyer and RoboPats insist on painting them, then you're probably a fan of HBO series True Blood. That is unless of course you're one of those people who refuses to watch TV because it's comprised entirely of mind-numbingly inane drivel, softcore pornography, terrible adverts for things you won't ever need, and brain-damaged people from the sticks drinking themselves unconscious over and over again until they get a chat show or a column with Closer. Although having said that, it seems pretty unlikely you would be on HM if you were.
