Modern Warfare 3 launch: TOWIE, Dynamo, Ashley Cole, Katie Melua and Jack Whitehall

Apparently there were celebrities there, although we hardly saw them, instead spending most of our time watching huge guys from Croydon standing next to games consoles, desperate to play, but having obviously been told by their heavily made-up girlfriends beforehand that if they even thought about it they'd find themselves pretty lonely on the way home.

Transformers 3 London premiere: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, TOWIE and Calum Best

Strangely, we would have thought the UK premiere of Transformers would have had a much better turnout than it did, given that MIchael Bay is well known for employing attractive women with very little talent outside dressing and undressing, kind of a speciality of ours here in the UK. But apparently not. Apparently Sunday is a day of rest for most fame-hungry talent vacuums. Not all though.

Celebrity Salon launch: Calum Best continues to suck at the rotten reality tv teat

Anyway, the actual purpose of that slightly meaningless intro was that Aisleyne, along with a very smug looking Calum Best and a very classy looking Abi Titmus were all at the launch of their new reality programme, Celebrity Salon, a programme in which they all take turns cutting each other's hair and whining. Probably. We're going to be honest here, the chances of us actually finding out if that's true or not are pretty bloody slim.

Jaime Winstone, Calum Best and Tracey Emin turn up to jewellery launch in car park

So that should go some way to explaining why last night's Stephen Webster jewellery launch in the abandoned railway tunnels underneath Waterloo station must have seemed like heaven for the dreary lot that actually turned up.

Jaime Winstone was joined on the red carpet (which was painted on the floor. It's cool and edgy apparently. Stop living in the 90s please readers) by Nancy 'Sweaty Chest' Dell'Olio, Henry Conway, Melanie Blatt, Nicky Clarke, and one of George Best's most unforgivable drunken mistakes, his son Calum.

Calum Best does lunges, exposes still-shaved chest

Sadly for Calum, the lunges weren't of a sexy variety; he's done the impossible and run out of women to shag, as the faces he's pulling here are now sadly familiar to 87% of dogs inside the M25.

That default sex-face in ALL of the photos above is unfortunate, but it's the only thing he's been doing since turning 15 - the poor lad knows no better.

In other Calum news, his new fragrance Eau de Knacker is coming out in September. The likes of Lindsay Lohan and Chanelle Hayes can mourn the loss of The Real Thing by pre-ordering soon.
