Starting his career with Not Another Teen Movie, the least shit parody film (alongside Scary Movie), he steadily worked in different films that passed under the radar of most non-film geeks until he pitched up in Fantastic Four as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch. Comic book adaptations seem to suit him well as he starred in the secong Fantastic Four film, RIse of the Silver Surfer and will play the lead in the new Captain America film, and will resume the role of Captain America for The Avengers film (also including Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff and  Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner / Hulk)
