Ellie Goulding won 2010 Critic's Choice Brit and cam first in the BBC Sound of 2010. She hasn't completely lived up to the hype, but she has done well for herself with four top forty singles and a number one album. Plus she managed to bag herself a Radio 1 DJ as a boyfriend. Her boringness is almost refreshing in  an age where most pop stars are more likely to be seen looking drunk and disorderly outside Chinawhite than performing on stage. Her version of 'Your Song' which featured on the Christmas John Lewis adverts would have been better if it hadn't been played constantly. She's the kind of girl you could introduce to your granny.
