The talented one from Take That who wrote their songs, while the others pratted about in the background, thrusting their groins at the camera.

Labelled 'The New George Michael', when Take That split up Gary Barlow struggled to make any sort of impact on the charts.
Robbie Williams achieved megastardom and with his album 'Sing When You're Winning', rubbed it in the face of Barlow, which by now was much larger than it used to be, as Barlow had got fat.

Take That reformed in 2005 and inexplicably, Barlow remembered the song-writing ability that had deserted him during his solo career.
Robbie WIlliams, whose career was now on a decline, came back to Take That, with Barlow and Williams releasing 'Shame' which featured a Brokeback Mountain-style video.

When Simon Cowell decided to take his X Factor bandwagon off to America, he made Gary Barlow a judge of the UK version, alongside Kelly Rowland, Tulisa and Louis Walsh, to which he seems to relish, as apparently he's taken on the role of 'mr nasty' and is being really mean to contestants.
