Liverpudlian James got through to the live finals. One of them 'characters' that always wears a hat, he probably thought it worked for Matt Cardle. 

In the first live show he sang 'ticket to ride' by The Beatles sitting a set of some doorsteps, like a proper busker. His performance was the musical equivalent of tracing paper, thus Gary Barlow kicked him out in the first live show eliminations.

JonJo Kerr (remember him, he was the soldier one) was also spoken to by the law after allegedly shouting abuse at the photographer. Or none of that might've happened.
