We’re aware this will have limited interest but the fact that Stephen Sondheim’s completely brilliant 1987 show Into The Woods might finally be making onto the big screen is making us excited. Well, excited and scared (little joke for the Into the Woods fans there). Rob ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ Marshall has planted himself in the director’s chair and both the original book writer James Lapine and Steve himself are said to be penning new material as we speak.  

Because of world order, all of the recent good celeb news (Peaches Geldof pregnant/Marvin and Rochelle engaged/Lohan not arrested) has to be balanced out with one piece of rubbish news; Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis might be splitting up. Despite the fact that the actor has recently turned into a Tim Burton puppet whilst his long-term partner rather spookily hasn't aged a day in the 14-years they've been together, we find this sad - although let's not fret since the story merely speculates that they might split up in the future. Hincey should take a few deep breaths and run a Cava bath for his wife.
