He lacks the good looks of John Travolta, but when it comes to putting singing and dancing together in a film he sets up and completely delivers. Singing and dancing in Footloose must have made him the Zac Efron of his generation. Despite his ability to sing, he is more frequently seen playing serious roles in films such as Apollo 13 and A Few Good Men. In recent years his profile has dipped and he has rejected the idea of appearing in the Broadway revamp of Footloose. Beggers can't really be choosers here Bacon. Kevin's legacy however, will always be 'Six degrees of Bacon', where any actor can be linked to Kevin in six steps or less. Try it.
