Mel C was the sporty scouse in the Spice Girls. Before it was deemed chavy to be seen constantly in a pair of tracky Bs, she was known for hitting the high notes in the group and for her backflips in the girls' videos. When collecting a Brit award she famously said to Liam Gallagher, "Liam, come and have a go if you think you're hard enough." Fight talk isn't one of her strong points. Since leaving the band, she had relative solo success with her albums, Northern Star and Reason. Dismissing all rumours that she was a lesbian Mel C gave birth to a baby girl, Scarlet on 22nd February 2009.

Ever since she was a small boy growing up in the Outer Hebrides, Mel C has always wanted to flaunt her outrageous sexuality on stage. At school she tried to take part in school plays, but they said she was 'too weird, like', at college she joined a drama group but they wouldn't let her play any roles other than space monsters and hideous superheroes mutated by toxic waste. As you can imagine, this rejection was hard for a young lad like Mel to bear.
