There's no room for the Sheila's Wheels, Boots ladies, Twiggy in a lighthouse or meerkats during the Super Bowl - each ad placement costs over $2 million, although considering the amount of attention they receive, it can be money very well spent. It wouldn't be too hard to make any of them more interesting than the game itself, so we're not saying you'll wet your pants, just that the commerical break is much more interesting than the scheduled broadcast. We've got Justin Hawkins picking up a pay cheque from Samsung, an advert in an advert (very Inception), Jerry Seinfeld making even more money, Miranda Kerr just hanging around, Clint Eastwood flying the flag for Detroit and Chrysler, OK Go driving a Chevy, John Stamos getting head butted, Matthew Broderick having a day off, vampires getting obliterated by Audi and obviously David Beckham in his pants.
