An Egyptian businessman, the 993rd richest person in the world, owner of Fulham Football Club and The Ritz in Paris as well as former owner of Harrods.  Al-Fayed has tried, and failed for years to get a British passport but we just don't want him. 

He recently revealed a weird-looking statue of Michael Jackson outside Fulham's Craven Cottage, which made everyone comforted that he's still a bit mental.
