Natalie grew up in front of the nation as Sonia Jackson in EastEnders, starting off as a young trumpet-playing girl, she blossomed into a dumpy, droopy-eyed girl who sounded like she had an eternal cold.

But all that changed when she took part in a vigorous exercise regime and lost a whole bunch of weight. The public's response was an overwhelming: 'she looks a bit weird, like she's been photoshopped or something.' She then released a DVD to show everyone how she lost all the weight, and how flabby women could do the same.

She then did Strictly Come Dancing and came fifth, good on her.

Unfortunately, she got back into her old habits and put all the weight back on, which is a shame.

Natalie Cassidy then she did a show for Channel 4 about her becoming a mum, it was titled Natalie Cassidy: Becoming Mum.
