The beauty with a brain. She was discovered at the ripe old age of 11 by a scout for a child-modelling agency. Bitten by the showbiz bug she then took the predictable road of becoming an actress. She appeared in a few films such as Everyone Says I Love You and Beautiful Girls before she stuck her pretty little face back into her books, scoring straight As at High School. Once school was out for EVER, she returned to acting and juggled continuing her showbiz life with a Harvard degree, as she wants to be a Psychologist. Her most recent film Black Swan has earned her a Golden Globe, Bafta, Oscar and umpteen other awards. She became engaged to Black Swan choreographer, Benjamin Millepied in late 2010 and is expecting her first child later in 2011.

The Screen Actors Guild was set up in 1933 in an effort to eliminate the exploitation of poor old vulnerable Hollywood actors. It seems to have done what it set out to do, doesn't it? Having said that, Steve Buscemi only gets paid a meagre $75,000 per episode for Boardwalk Empire, so its nice that he's at least won an award for his work. His fellow nominee Bryan Cranston earns $125,000 per episode for Breaking Bad, so he didn't really need the consolation prize, although it might've been nice considering he's still making far less than a meth dealer. The meth guild does have a more efficient union though - always picketing away...
