And while we imagine some fans who only got into Ben Drew’s music when he was crooning white soul like a shaven Mick Hucknall will be somewhat horrified, the general consensus seems to be that not only is Ill Manors, the first track from his forthcoming hip hop musical, really very good, it makes Plan B the ONLY current mainstream artist confronting the issues of the day with his records. So is a change gonna come, or will everyone else carry on rapping about discos and girls?   Comments: 3
