Ever since it was announced that Robert Pattinson was going to play the part of celibate vampire Edward Cullen in the first Twilight film, he has been an international object of lust. Girls of all ages and their mothers follow him around wherever he goes and ask him to bite them. Obviously their all consuming lust  has made them deranged, in real life he isn't really a vampire. Actually he's just a relatively dull human being with a strange shaped face from Barnes. 

He's currently dating his Twilight costar Kristen Stewart making her one of the most hated people in the world.
