Appearing as the lead character Will on The Inbetweeners, Simon Bird has spent his career playing a geeky, uncomfortable, young man - which doesn't seem like it would be too far of a stretch for him to play.

He has since gone on to play characters such as himself in Friday Night Dinner, and himself in The King Is Dead. He will be starring in The Inbetweeners film as himself this summer
