Alec Baldwin kicked off plane for playing Words With Friends

According to the Los Angeles Times, Baldwin was kicked off a flight because he was playing Words With Friends on an 'unspecified device' after passengers were asked to turn off all electronic gadgets as the pilot and his crew prepared for take-off. When approached for a comment, FAA spokesman Ian Gregor declined to comment specifically on Baldwin's case, but revealed federal authorities can investigate such matters when an airline complains about a passenger who refuses to obey a crew member's instructions, explaining:

New York Fashion Week SS 2012: Brits and Courtney Love hit the front row

We so very wish we could've gone to Michael Kors' show so we could sit with our shades on whilst scowling and shouting 'MATRONLY!' at the runway, but that task was instead given to Courtney Love, Rosie Huntington Whitely, Michael Douglas and Zoe Saldana. We hope they didn't let us down.

Meanwhile, on the front row at the Milly by Michelle Smith (yeah, us neither) show we have Peaches Geldof (better to be a big fish in a small pond and all).

Crazy, Stupid Love premiere has curiously thin Jonah Hill, no sign of Courtney though

Since we've never featured the trailer for some reason, we won't be able to tell you exactly what the film's about, but it looks okay. Ryan Gosling's a good looking lad, isn't he? Best keep his stupid designer beard away from Emma Stone though. ANGELS HATE BEARDS RYAN. ONLY GOD IS ALLOWED A BEARD IN HEAVEN. MAYBE JESUS. NOT YOU.

The Celebrity Apprentice USA, BBC1

Episode one is all about introductions, but we didn’t pay much attention because a.) we genuinely do not know or care who 75% of the candidates are and mainly b.) The Wig said “mercantile” but we heard “merkin tile” and we spent 10 minutes Googling “merkin tile” Anyway, The Wig pitches the man celebrities against the lady celebrities, and the first person to bring him a merkin tile wins, or something.

Screening of 'The Ledge' brings out the celebs, doesn't make the film sound any better

IMDB describes the film as:

"A thriller in which a battle of philosophies between a fundamentalist Christian and an atheist escalates into a lethal battle of wills."

Which doesn't exactly sound like a massive barrel of laughs does it? But wait, it gets a bit lighter...

Celebrity Big Brother 2010: Alex Reid is the winner, no you aren't dreaming.

Yes, you read it right. Alex Reid, the cross-dressing cage fighter otherwise known as Roxanne beat Vinnie Jones (oh and didn't Vinnie just love that!) and Dane Bowers (tears betting slip into a million tiny pieces) and Basshunter (meh) in the final.

If you didn't see it, I suggest you nip off to the Channel4 watch again thingy and watch Vinnie Jones' reaction to only coming third.

Celebrity Big Brother 2010: Stephen Baldwin and Sisquo out in double eviction

In a week when his brother won a second consecutive Golden Globe, Stephen Baldwin's prayers for public salvation fell on deaf ears and he became to fourth contestant to be kicked out of the Big Brother house, which is actually a bit of a shitter since he's provided most of the entertainment with his preaching - and also because he has the same face as genuine dude Alec (this is based on 30 Rock not It's Complicated).

Celebrity Big Brother 2010: Housemates treated like pieces of meat

I can't be sure, but I could have sworn these were stills from Katie and Dane's sex tape, but apparently not. The housemates were given the task of rebuilding a whole cow using a wire frame and a whole pile of meat, intestines and offal.

The reward is God's own food - Roast Beef and yorkshire pudding. Yum!

The celebrity contestants had to take part in a task called 'Hunk Off', where they had to wear mankinis as they participated in a talent show and a strength test. Lucky for Reid that the latter is the one thing he does have, and Vinnie Jones commented while he did press-ups (with one hand, probably):

"If he was made of chocolate he'd eat himself wouldn't he?"
