The original Sugababes reform, current Sugababes probably not too happy

Unfortunately for the girls they'll be competing with their old band, the Sugababes, although Mutya does has the rights to all paper goods, so while they may not be able to call themselves the Sugababes, they will be able to sell Sugababes sticker albums and posters. Thank God for that.

So pretty much all we've got left to do is suggest a name for the new band. Here are the ones we came up with:

Sugababes' Amelle Berrabah convicted of assault, threatened to bite victim's nose off

The girl in question - actually, we'll call her the victim instead just to make it seem more dramatic and Amelle seem like more of a bitch - is called Danielle Dodoo.

Danielle, the victim, was drinking in the VIP area of London's Alto club in an attempt to drown her sorrows at being named Danielle Dodoo by her heartless parents in the first place, when Amelle came along and got all up in her grill. Here's her side of the story:

Mutya Wins Back Sugababes As Bucks Fizz Lose Similar Fight

So as Holy Moly exclusively revealed bleeding ages ago, founding member of the girlgroup, Mutya filed an application to trademark the Sugababes name, back in 2009.

But yesterday the Celebrity Big Brother contestant, who quit the band in 2005, wrote on Facebook: "I won the official name of the Sugababes now!!! I deserve this! I’m over the moon!"

Swagger Jagger gives Daggers to Blagger

T4 on the beach 2011 pics - Olly Murs and Cher Lloyd - what more could you ask for?

This weekend we had Olly Murs, Cher Lloyd, Nicola Roberts, Chipmunk, various TOWIEs, etc etc. JLS pulled out after being refused permission to record a soundcheck first - oh dear boys, don't start getting all Katharine Jenkins on us now ffs… If it's good enough for Olly Murs… oh, wait.

Considering people hate 'Swagger Jagger' more than Rebekah Brooks, Cher Lloyd actually gave the performance of the day and even explained to us all what 'Swagger Jagger' means. Apparently it is the phrase given to when someone sees an outfit on someone and immediately copies it. Right.

We've blamed will.i.am for a lot of things recently - namely Cheryl's US career going down the pan. In fact, he was probably to blame for that fire in his hotel yesterday afternoon. However, if there's one thing above all that we blame him for, it is for making us loathe the Black Eyed Peas. Just look at them in their mirror-plated, in no way futuristic suits and stupid square sunglasses. They need to take a leaf out of Tinie Tempah's book. The single, coolest man in pop right now.

Sugababe Amelle Berrabah charged with drink driving, slow news day in full flow

Amelle, who has already done a stint in rehab in the past, was pulled over in her Mercedes while driving through Camden on Thursday morning. She was consequently arrested and is due to appear in front of Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on the 8th October having been charged with driving under the influence of excess alcohol.

The tabloids also report a precarious addition to the story about the 34th Sugababe having a bust-up with her partner, Tom Benn, only moments before the incident took place, with the ever-trusty Mr. A Source getting a front row view...

We stop Saturdays ban for the sake of bad denim

Frankie has obviously been hitting the fake tan bottle hard since she split with Dougie McFly but there's just no excusing that denim jumpsuit, which could almost be deemed as more offensive than a pair of dungarees. Other Saturday Una was also looking as though she was trapped in the early 90s and as for Amelle, well Mr. HM has never been a huge fan of high-waisted jeans.

The Saturdays ban to resume as normal.

EXCLUSIVE: Keisha, Mutya and Siobhann launch legal assault on current members

All three original members of the Sugababes have applied to the European Trademarks Authority and are seeking ownership of the name 'Sugababes'. If successful (likely) then the three will own the rights to use the name on goods like CDs and services like entertainment throughout Europe.

Amazingly, the name had never been trademarked before and the current members, record company and management are now left in a right royal shit fight on their hands.

And only about five people were present. And that was The Saturdays, probably.

So, with nothing sarcastic left to say, we will mark this day as the last that we'll ever report on either The Saturdays or Suagabes, ever again.

(Until this or something along the lines of that happens again)...
