Starting out as the campest thing since the Village People, Take That found their niche sporting string vests and rolling around in foam. But soon the massive market that is teenage girls clocked onto their catchy tune and cheeky looks and their first few singles became massive hits. After Robbie Williams decided it was time to flee the manufactured boy band nest, the other four decided to lay their vocal chords to rest. Since reuniting in 2007 the band are continuing to rub Robbie's baby face in it, as they consecutively hit the number 1 spot and have been receiving bucket loads of awards. So much so that in 2010 it was announced that Robbie was going to rejoin the band. Progress, the first album with Robbie on it since he left the band in the nineties was not only critically lauded but also the fastest selling album of the century so far.
