Vinnie Jones used to be a mediocre footballer hard man but gave that up to become a mediocre actor hard man instead.

He played for Wimbledon, Leeds United, Sheffield United and Chelsea before being cast in 'Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' by Guy Ritchie (He also appeared in 'Snatch').

He is most famous for squeezing Paul Gascoigne's testicles which must be incredibly depressing for someone who put his heart and soul into Smokin' Aces 2: Assassins' Ball.

Hes had several brushes with the law, most of them involving him hitting people in the face.

According to Wikipedia he enjoys cheese triangles on toast and in January 2010 he became the last celebrity to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Well, thank God for that. Vinnie Jones and Jason Statham are finally opening their own fish and chip shop in LA. The number of times we've heard you lot whinge and whine about how there just aren't enough celebrity fast food outlets around, and now you've got exactly what you want, even if it is from two of our meatiest-headed exports and perhaps not a pair you'd naturally associate with the restaurant industry. Anyone who pretends to kick people in the head for a living has got to be a bit of a risk around boiling chip oil.
