Every year TIME publish their 100 most influential people, and every year Mr HM finds the least belivable one and replaces them. This year though, things are going to be different. As head of Holy Moly's newly formed Anti-Corruption Taskforce the onus is on me to stop this kind of thing happening ever again, and I can guarantee that this year's list is the most correct we have ever published.
