Well, if you don't try you don't get. That was the attitude of two paparazzi who decided to press the button on Amy Winehouse's intercom and see if they could get a random quote. Even though it's hardly Woodward and Bernstein tactics they got slightly more just a quote, instead a whole conversation about many things, but mostly 'The X Factor', a subject in which it appears Amy could probably win Mastermind. And while we obviously don't condone paps door-stepping people, Amy seemed on fine form so here we go... 

And, credit where it's due, Amy gives great intercom, though the video makes it look like HAL from '2001' has developed a slur and a dodgy Cockney accent. And if this really is Amy Winehouse on the other end of the intercom then she's got a fine sense of humour and she can bitch to Olympic standards. In fact, she's great entertainment.

 

Whether it's her revealing that Blaaaaaaaake! is a Beautiful South and Lionel Ritchie fan, her spot on comment about Simon Cowell's hair looking like a photo you'd see in an old barbershop or her uncanny Cheryl Cole impression - she's pretty good value

Best of all is her comment on the Spanish lady in 'X Factor' who triumphed over Laura the favourite. Look away now if you don't want to see the bitching…
