Angelina Jolie greets US troops in Iraq
You're so vein...
Sat, 25/07/2009 - 11:07 by HM writerThe 34-year-old, who has been ambassador for UN refugee agency, UNHCR, since 2001, posed with US troops in Baghdad and paid tribute to Iraqi refugees battling with losing their homes.
She told locals in the town of Abu Ghraib:
It takes a lot of strength for you to survive. I don't know if I would be strong enough to survive this.
There are some changes. There are returns of displaced people, not a big number but there is progress. This is a moment where things seem to be improving on the ground, but Iraqis need a lot of support and help to rebuild their lives.
It is her third trip to the war-torn country since 2007. She returned to the UK yesterday to be with Brad Pitt as he promotes Quentin Tarantino's 'Inglorious Basterds'.
*Feels guilty about mentioning and still thinking about her vein*

The horse pic reminds me every so slightly of Angelina's previous adventures in photography: http://is.gd/1NBE2
With all the discussion about resources for our boys and girls in Afghanistan, I am now feeling really shamed since not only do the US have all they need in Iraq, they also have the time and energy to take a plastic horse with them.
Its not the first time theres been a long vein across her face.
