Anna Friel has been appearing as Holly Golightly in the stage production of Breakfast at Tiffany's.

She said:

"The Forties age was not one of slouching and you have to learn all of that — the way to talk, the way you move. It feels special for me. I’m loving it. There’s not that many brilliant roles for women so it’s wonderful to have the opportunity to play Holly. She is a great female part."

 

And Anna, who became famous playing a lesbian in Brookside, was trying to perfect her pose in front of photographers as she hung off the railings outside the theatre, before being rudely interrupted by the fan.

The paps told us that she only posed for them after begging them not to photograph her smoking a sneaky cigarette. Alright love, you're not actually Audrey Hepburn...
