Please don't let James Cameron's Blue Man Group win everything.

As you may recall from the BAFTA nominations list, we're in for a long night - the television coverage doesn't even start until 9pm, but the celebs (and Trudi Styler) have already started arriving. The good news is that it was the IFTAs last night (you probably already heard about them) and Avatar didn't win a single gong, so hopefully the British equivalent will follow, right?

It's all looking a bit dreary on the red carpet anyway, not that we'd have ever expected a smile from the emo vampire-botherer. Winslet's there too - can't wait for her prezzzzzenting speech about how proud she is to be British - even though she moved shop to New York as soon as Sam Mendes invited her. Looking forward to seeing Jonathan Rhys-Meyers up on the podium too, although which category was it that he was nominated in again?

In that photo Kristen Stewart looks like she should be wearing a shell suit, smoking a Pall Mall and wielding a small, nasty pen-knife. Fuck me, is that the next big look? 'Moody Chav'....? She's probably just hacked off that she's not at the Brits or something.

Ann Marie Duff on the other hand looks fantastic. And is up the duff. (I think) See what I did there?
