John James and Rachel became Miss Havishams, Dickens' jilted bride from Great Expectations and their challenge was to complete Endurance Miss Havisham, a 24 hour sit-in in the large task room. Had it been John James and Josie they could have whiled away the time with at least some dry humping but alas it was Rachel, so the pair decided to quit after four hours.

Andrew, JJ, Josie, Sam and Jo's task was to perform a routine to the Oliver! classic, Consider Yourself, which has now been posted onto the Big Brother website and must receive 100,000 views by 10pm on Friday night.

They completed a similar task a few weeks ago but luckily had Andrew Stone and his infinite spare time to repeatedly view it.

And in a twist to the Charles Dickens theme, Mario's task is to play David Copperfield, but the American illusionist rather than the literary character (adding further unnecessary confusion for the contestants), and it's being claimed that he will have to make Davina McCall levitate during tomorrow night's eviction.
