The three nominated contestants Rachel, John James and Mario were forced to humilate themselves (as opposed to just voluntarily and on a daily basis, etc, etc) as they dressed up as flies in a task called Bug Off, in which they were covered in Velcro and had to remove themselves from a sheet of sticky insect paper in the garden...

Mario won and chose 'drunk on the lord' Dave to take his place in this week's eviciton.
