The Celebrity Big Brother 2010 contestants got given the task of Armchair Aerobics as part of their Last legs task. Every single one of them was drastically improved by wearing fancy dress. Except Alex Reid - he still looked a prick.

As part of their current task, which involves them being treated like they are in an old people's home (So they'll be pissing themselves, being fed through tubes, get abused by staff and be coerced into remortgaging their houses anytime soon) the housemates have been dressed up as fogeys and asked to take part in an armchair aerobics exercise routine.

For their first challenge Residents played Channel 4's Countdown. Over in the Countdown studios in Manchester they took on the 2009 Countdown champion, Chris Davies at 5 rounds. The Carers had 3 minutes to decide which 5 Residents will take part in the challenge and play as one team. They chose Heidi, Dane, Vinnie, Alex and Stephen. Only the 5 chosen Residents were able to talk to the Countdown studios and play along.
