Chris Brown was due to pay his own tribute to Michael Jackson at the BET awards, but got dumped by organisers at the very last minute...

After his death on Thursday, last weekend's BET awards quickly turned into a Michael Jackson tribute - with numerous megastars paying their respects.

It turns out that Chris Brown was pencilled in to perform his own version of what (judging by his outfit in the photo) appears to be Thriller.

Only problem was that certain people are still pissed off at him for repeatedly punching Rihanna in the face until her blood splattered all over the interior of the car. This is a major problem when those people happen to be Beyonce and Jay-Z.

According to mediatakeout.com the pair gave organisers the ultimatum - either Brown gets ditched or they don't show.
