It was the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala last night; a ceremony created to celebrate the toast of New York and London society (apart from that time Johnny Borrell turned up) and Mad Men's Christina Hendricks was wearing arguably the best outfit of the evening, confusing all the other actresses by possessing what had to be explained to them as a cleavage (especially considering this - far right- is rumoured to be a breast enlargement)...

Anna Wintour was wearing possibly the worst outfit of the night and looked as though she had slipped inside a sliver chrysalis (but it still wasn't as bad as what Madonna was wearing last year).

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel used the event to show the world that they are still very much together (phew!) as did Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, following Courtney Love's recent admission that she had sex with Gavin for eight months behind Gwen's back and had contemplated marrying him. Even though he was still married to Gwen.

Also the gala last night; Naomi Watts, Eva Longoria, Kirsten Dunst, Oprah Winfrey, Liv Tyler, Kate Hudson, Stella McCartney, Emma Watson, Nicole Richie, Tina Fey, Abbie Cornish, Jennifer Lopez, Mick Jagger and Gisele Bundchen.

    What's the problem? Personally, I think that if they have been done, they look good. Good as in realistic and natural. If she had them done, it would have been because, as she gets older (what is she, 30-odd? I don't know) her already tiny boobs will have lost firmness and shape, and probably all but disappeared. Her boob job would have been more of a maintenance thing, than a give-me-boobs thing.

    I dunno, people bitch about 34GGG implants that look like mad eggs, and then they bitch about little, natural-looking ones. Never happy, eh?
