It's that time of day again. The time of day when we slap you across the face with a million pictures of wealthy celebrities strolling about in hats and sipping mojitos as they watch all your favourite bands play live in the searing heat. Don't say we're not good to you!

Fortunately, Day 2 at Coachella didn't seem to be as exciting for the showbiz elite as Day 1.

No one could raise a fucking smile yesterday. Apparently VIP treatment, 30 degree heat, free drinks and live music just wouldn't suffice for everyone.

Just look at the sour face on Rihanna. It's as if Chris Brown had just secured his 10th week at number one with a cover of 'Umbrella'. Katy Perry wasn't much happier either, looking on with indifference along with Kelly Osbourne and her equally badly dressed brother, Kate Bosworth and the demonic (okay, not quite - but it's a nice, alliterative rhyme) Dominic Monaghan.

Elsewhere, Leonardo Di Caprio was keeping a low profile, The Hoff was carrying some ladies shoes, Guy Garvey was lapping up the crowds and the Scissor Sisters were having a good spanking session.

Thank God for Danny DeVito.
