“You've all got eczema!”
Fri, 18/03/2011 - 13:27 by Tim ChippingWe don’t know about you (except for what we can deduce from the contents of your bin) but the finest, funniest thing we ever did see on Comic Relief was Peter Serafinowicz’ Blankety Blank, featuring Willie Rushton (Nick Frost), Johnny Rotten (Martin Freeman), Su Pollard (Matt Lucas), Ruth Madoc (David Walliams), Freddie Star (Simon Pegg) and lovely Liza Goddard (Sarah Alexander).
There’s also a brilliantly subtle spot of mime from Paul Putner, a deranged Kevin Eldon, and Chris Morris’s other half Jo Unwin. But the star of the show is Peter’s Wogan impression which had our dad believing it really was Ol’ Tel being sworn at by a Sex Pistol.
Comic Relief: Funny For Money: BBC One, Friday March 18th from 7pm

a) I met Willie Rushton just before he died and he was lovely.
b) I fancy Peter Serafinowicz very much. He's gorgeous. (And he directed that 'Hot Chip' video with the baldy Jesus man, the boy band and the bloke with the killer laser eyes)
c) I fucking just hated that sketch. Really really hated it. I just did, right?!
I was born in the eighties, and it's quite extraordinary to me, judging by the shit they had for entertainment, that our parents and their generation didn't kill all new-born babies in an orgy of biblical genocidal violence. It would've been justified. How could you watch Blankety Blank or Hi-de-hi and even contemplate a decent future for humanity?
peter seranoonaa's wogan impression is quite impressive. especially if you just listen to it
Jesus. reminds me why I avoid fucking red nose day.
My favourite red nose day skit was when they pulled Alan Partridges trousers down against his will and he was screaming, "Not my ARSE!!!"
