Courtney Love has lost all parenting rights over her daughter with Kurt Cobain, Frances Bean and guardianship has been transferred to Kurt's mother and sister.

TMZ got hold of some document or something that showed Frances Bean was now the hot property of her Grandmother and Aunt (on Kurt's side). The court order covers both Frances personally and (more to the point) her trust fund from Kurt.

This is the second time Courtney has lost custody of her. Pretty sad really. It's like a real life version of Saffy and Edina in Absolutely Fabulous without the laughs and replacing the Bollinger with Aderol.

Courtney's friend and spokesperson said:

"Courtney wants to say she loves her daughter and she's the most important thing in her life."

Sort yourself out Courtney for fuck's sake x

I've just remembered a great story about Courtney Love from back when she was touring with Hole - At one gig Miss Love did the usual rock & roll thing of stage diving into the crowd to do a spot crowd surfing, whilst she was being passed over the crowd of grunge loving filthbags she felt someone slip her the finger (she wasn't wearing any knickers - classy), she immediately screamed for security and got them to round up all the men in the immediate area and then proceeded to sniff each of their fingers until she found the culprit and had him ejected. What a lady
