Courtney Love might just pip Kerry Katona to the post for the Mum of The Year accolade (currently held by Rosemary West) following her response to losing custody of her 17-year-old daughter Frances Bean. And she's taken her rant onto the social medium of Facebook, so we can all witness her madness...

Courtney hasn't got the best history with social networking sites. She closed down her Twitter page after her illegible scrawlings made her look as though she had been enjoying a cocktail of Zanex and Aderol as she typed.

So then she took her madness back onto Facebook and accused Britney Spears's father of sexually abusing Britney as a child.

And now she's turned on her own daughter and written:

"I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s*** has lost her position... she was deceptive, she lied and she's lying to herself...

"My daughter is not always honest."

"The fact is fbc (Frances Bean Cobain) is deluded. She thinks she has all this money. The point is I have all the money she has.

"Frances is clearly deluded that she can buy her grandmother a small house in LA. I'd love to see how that works."

But it wasn't all bad. She added:

"Don't worry, Frances is a wonderful kid, she's got bad people around her and wants it both ways.

"You could've asked for emancipation... you realise this will put you in juvenile family circus three times in your little life?

"I love you and always will unconditionally."

Lawyers have since denied claims that Love lost custody due to a drug relapse...

Courtney was never alright. Her mother (the daughter of famed novelist Paula Fox) was alright, but Courtney before all the plastic surgery and Frances both resemble Courtney's dad, Hank Harrison:

tescopop - Courtney was never alright. Check her out pre all the surgery in "Sid and Nancy" (where she had a bit part in the NYC scenes). The poor kid looks just like she used too (w/ Kurt's eyes).
