David Hassellhoff was doing a daddy Lohan by taking his daughter shopping and allowing her to buy anything she wanted to make up for losing out to Joe Jackson for the 'Best Father In The World Ever' accolade.

David Hasselhoff was recently hospitalised when his daughter called an ambulance after he suffered a reported drink-related seizure.

But Hasselhoff was looking much better as he went shopping with daughter Hayley in LA. And hopefully bought himself something to wear other than the leather jacket and wife-beater. Plus he's got more to worry about now as Susan Boyle has just admitted that she has a crush on him.

Su-Bo said:

"The most memorable moment has been on America's Got Talent when I met Piers (Morgan), Sharon Osbourne and The Hoff - he's a nice wee hunk."

We hope she doesn't mean 'wee' in the literal sense. And let's also hope that doesn't push him off the wagon again....
