Apparently the pair, who have a 4-year-old son together, are in the middle of a divorce nastier than the one currently being dreamed up by Katie Price, which, according to Usmagazine.com, included allegations of drug use and suicide threats by the actor, with Kneeland telling court:

"[Furlong] grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me ... left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats. He is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable." 

The Terminator 2 actor denied the claims but was still issued a three-year restraining order, which he is said to have violated in November, leading to yesterday's arrest (not sure why it took so long).

Apparently Furlong has a new film out soon. It's called Tequila. This doesn't bode well, does it?
