Ice and slice please

After allegedly missing her Boxing Day flight due to 'over-excess', Kate Moss has finally made it to Thailand - although £25,000 shorter after discovering that her travel insurance didn't cover a bout of the morning tremblies....

A quick Thailand street meat purge is probably more fun than a month of wheatgrass shots, so fair dos to Kate Moss for heading to Koh Sumui with Jamie Hince and chums for a little January holiday. However, detox aside, the supermodel reckons the she has her very own way of staying in tip top shape...

Speaking to the Daily Express, the supermodel reportedly explained that she sticks her face in sink filled with ice and cucumber to freshen up after a night out, saying:

"Apparently it's an old-school thing that Joan Crawford used to do. The cucumber takes out all the puffiness and redness. It feels amazing, it rocks. If you're tired it really wakes you up."

No surprise that Kate has to stick her head in a bucket of ice every morning just to wake up, but if she wants to prevent aging, she might be better off preserving her body in vat of liquid nitrogen than slicing a cucumber...
