Just when you thought you couldn't possibly handle any more coverage or photos from last night's Golden Globe Awards, HBO only go and throw a huge star-studded party. And when host Ricky Gervais said "just looking at all the faces here reminds me of the great work that's been done this year... by cosmetic surgeons", we think he must have been referring to Patricia Arquette's face...

Gervais also made a joke at Mel Gibson's expense, by saying:

"I like a drink as much as the next man... unless the next man is Mel Gibson."
