As pics leak of Hills star Heidi Pratt’s surprisingly unrevealing shoot for US Playboy, we learn that the reality star credits her husband Spencer with giving her up to 30 orgasms a day.

“You know, I was never very sexual before I met you, Spencer," she tells her husband, who was interviewing her for the magazine.
