Even though she's often been described as dressing like a "gypsy in disguise as a clown" (or in the above picture, Yoko Ono dressed as a gypsy in disguise as a clown) Helena Bonham Carter has been voted Best-Dressed by Vanity Fair magazine. So we've decided to celebrate her, er, 'eclectic' style and the other names that made it on to the list. More after the jump!

On topping the list, she said:

"It was a triumph! It made me laugh because I thought it was a joke when I found out.

"But when I saw the article, I thought, 'Oh, the photos they've chosen are as bad as the ones they print when I'm worst dressed'."

Other celebrites on the list included Lady Gaga, Alec Baldwin, Jake Gyllenhaal, David Beckham, Carey Mulligan, Diane Kruger, Willow Smith, the entire cast of The Only Way Is Essex and Katie Waissel's nan....

Fair play to her. She seems to have based her dress sense off the character of Door from Neverwhere, but at least she's more interesting to look at than most bland beauties on the red carpet.
