Jamie Winestone was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving last night before being released later after questioning. But we can't believe she got off scott free for that hair style...

Jamie was with boyfriend Alfie Allen at Soho's Quo Vadis before returning to her car parked outsied and being stopped by police. The actress, who starred in the unwatchable 'Donkey Punch' and is now appearing on the stage in The Fastest Clock In The Universe, was taken to Charing Cross police station for questioning.

Alfie was spotted talking to police as they drove off in her car.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said:

"At approximately 12.15am a woman was arrested in Frith Street, Soho, on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

"The 24-year-old woman was taken to a central London police station and she was later released without further action."

After shouting, "Don't you know who my dad is?" (probably)...

I doubt the policemen arrested her without having any serious reason. It's just a hint of mine, but probably as soon as they learned who she is they let her go, I just hate when people like her get away just like that. Drunk driving is not ok regardless who you are, if she cant stop herself from drinking she should consider attending some alcohol treatment rehab before someone gets hurt...
