Karl Lagerlagerfeld, a man whose tweets might even surpass Peaches Geldofs' in the pretentiousness department, has pushed last muse Lily Allen to the curb now she's knocked up and once again recruited Keira Knightley to pout her way through a new campaign.

You imagine the ad director getting word that they have to work with Knightley and saying 'can we stick a helmet over her head at least?' and then realising that her pout can still be viewed from the moon regardless.
