Get ready to build-up those right forearms, Kelly Brook has just launched her very own fitness workout... (This will no doubt come in handy for Kelly's Playboy shoot - and see more stories about Kelly Brook in Playboy here)

Kelly Brook hasn't been wasting time since her split from Danny Cipriani.... Fresh from frolicking on the beach with a 16-year-old and preparing for the release of flick-off flick 3D Piranha, she's rounded up a cast of extras from the Dove Soap ad and launched her own exercise workout...

Now everyone can have a body like Kelly's, except obviously they can't (especially not the lady in the top pic on the right). Maybe one day Kelly will do something that doesn't solely centre on her looks...
