Kelly, who celebrated her 25th birthday yesterday, was looking like an oversexualised version of this, wearing a bow even wider than her jaw. Maybe it was one of Sharon's old dresses or she and Ozzy were just about to go trick or treating...
But then again, this is coming from someone who described Amy Winehouse's new look and brand new breasts with the word "great".
She said:
"She [Amy] wanted bigger boobs - so what?! I think she looks great, like a little pin-up girl."
Hmmm, we're not sure you'd want to put Amy, little girl, and pin-up all in the same sentence...
