Kerry Katona's nanny Gemma has been rushed to hospital with Kerry looking on in concern... Just a quick question though - How on EARTH did the paparazzi know?

She was taken to their local hospital in Cheshire, but no reason has been given.

She was probably just completely knackered and fed up. What a thankless task. Can you imagine being in that damn house every day - not for all the money in the world...

PS - Is Kerry Katona pregnant again?

We pick up the story with the Ambulance service people - who unfortunately - bothered to go and respond to an emergency call after a woman banged her head whilst cleaning a child's bedroom, wheeled her out of the house conscious, and immediately discharged her from hospital because ABSOLUTELY FUCK ALL OF ANY MINOR CONSEQUENCE WHATSOEVER HAPPENED. These scenes are played by actors."
