Kim Kardashian was out in New York yesterday smuggling a baby's head down her front, literally we're afraid...

Caring, sharing Kim, last seen babysitting a pair of twins, started the week by painting herself in silver (copper might have been more appropriate) and getting naked for W magazine. Of course, fans of the sex tape which made her famous in the first place had seen it all before. 

A few days on though, and Kim just wants to put all the nakedness behind her (and there's plenty of behind), which is why she's wearing that never-seen-before disguise of comedy shades and a baseball cap. No one will bust a celeb in that get-up.
