Have a look at the following pictures and see if you can work out why police in Russia could possibly have mistaken Lady Gaga for a prostitute recently...

According to The Sun, the singer had stopped in Red Square in the Russian capital so that her driver could take a couple of tourist photos when police pulled up and made some hand gestures that apparently meant they thought she was a whore.

She said: "I was having a little photo shoot and all of a sudden the police came out of nowhere and clapped their fingers.

"I said, ‘I think it means whore in Russian.’"

WTF? Is this some sort of hooker equivalent of the international bill sign that we don't know about?

Does no part of this make you think it might be time for a new look, huh?

I didn't see her there when I was out in the motherland - thank fuck. Did you see this overrated, self-absorbed twat on Wossy's show a couple of weeks ago? She has guano for brains and is about as entertaining as a dog licking its own bollocks. Hang on, where's Beefy??
